Hey everyone! Guess who’s excited? This guy right here! Three of his favorite bands are coming to town, and Shows I Go To is giving away tickets to the show! What are these three bands, you ask? Tigers Jaw, Yellowcard, and NEW FOUND GLORY! They’re playing House of Blues in Orlando, FL on Friday, October 16, and you could be there with me (WIN TICKETS BELOW)!

Tiger’s Jaw is a really fun time, every time, boasting an impressive catalog for being around for only a short while. Heck, they almost weren’t even a band a couple of years ago! After an extremely successful farewell tour, the band decided to give it one more shot, and really came out swinging with their last album, Charmer. Be sure to arrive early and check out these guys and girl!

Yellowcard is one of my favorite Florida bands, having made such an impact in my life with Ocean Avenue, which came out back in my high school days. A mix of alternative and pop punk, with some violin thrown in, gives Yellowcard a completely different sound than most pop punk bands around. I’ve unfortunately only been able to see them once, back in 2007, but I’m definitely excited to see them again, especially to hear some of the tracks off their new album, Lift A Sail.

Finally, there’s New Found Glory. I am very happy to say, I have seen NFG every single time they have been in Orlando since 2007. This probably makes them the band I’ve seen most often, and there have been many, many memories. Among the most recent, I ended up getting a concussion from moshing to H20 during NFG’s co-headliner with Alkaline Trio. In the name of safety, I stayed out of the pit for AK3, but New Found Glory’s music is so infectious, I quickly found myself back in the pit, dancing and bouncing to some of my all time favorite songs.

So come out and dance and sing with me this Friday, October 16, 2015 at House of Blues Orlando. I guarantee it will be a time you won’t forget!
