Every performance is different from the last, showcasing each member’s virtuosic talent with soulful vocals, intricate jams, tight grooves and powerful solos. Since their inception, The Main Squeeze has amassed a remarkably loyal and rapidly growing national fan base. They’ve graced the stages at some of the country’s biggest festivals including Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, Phases of the Moon, Gathering of The Vibes, and many more. Having shared the stage with artists like The Roots, Jane’s Addiction, The Meters, Aloe Blacc and Trombone Shorty, The Main Squeeze continues to catch the ear of industry giants. Now based in Chicago, The Main Squeeze is working with legendary producer Randy Jackson to put the finishing touches on their sophomore album. The Groove Orient does not limit themselves to any certain genre. They perform a wide variety of music, from funk to samba, rock ballads to jazz, and even throw in a tease of hair metal. They are one of Orlando’s finest, friendliest, and jazziest funk rock bands. This five-member group boasts a musical versatility and originality that leaves listeners craving more! They bring the fire every time and have most certainly melted many faces along the way. They recently finished up a big summer tour that started with a solid run of Florida shows with Kaleigh Baker, including a festival at the beautiful Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida for Purple Hatters Ball. The road trip also ventured through the Southeast, and they played alongside The Heavy Pets and The Hip Abduction on the way to Colorado where they played more than a week’s worth of shows. They recently played Orange Blossom Jamboree, WPRK’s Fox Fest, Little Econ Love Fest, Fool’s Paradise, and Suwannee Hulaween. They’ve played shows with Turkuaz, Earphunk, George Porter Jr & The Runnin Pardners, Yo Moma’s Big Fat Booty Band, The Main Squeeze, The Bright Light Social Hour, and Marco Benvento, just to name a few. They guys will also be returning to Suwannee again this year as the backing band for Kaliegh Baker at the String Cheese Incident’s mega Halloween festival, HULAWEEN!
