This is going to be a perfect pre-Valentines Day show, whether you’re in the midst of a breakup and need some good emotional music to sooth you, or, if you’ve found the perfect mate who’s musical soul is melting to yours. Devine knows how to pull at your heart strings, hard, and can even tie them into a pretty bow, too. Here’s one of my favorites from his 2009 release Brothers Blood, “I Could Be with Anyone.”

Kevin Devine also has a side project with members of Manchester Orchestra called Bad Books. Word on the street is that he’ll be performing “It Never Stops” from the Bad Books catalog. Additionally, Kevin Devine just released a cover of one of my favorite Nada Surf songs, “Inside Of Love.” Check that shit out below and catch him this Friday!
Into It. Over It. fits in perfectly to this emotional pre-Valentines Day show. Evan Weiss has made quite a name for himself over the past few years, even being credited as one of the leading acts of the recent “emo revival.” Check out the beautifully animated video for “The Shaking Of Leaves.”
Laura Stevenson (who also often performs with a backup band like Kevin Devine, called Laura Stevenson And The Cans) will be opening support for this heart-throbbing tour. Check out her depressingly happy tune, “The Healthy One,” and catch her with Evan & Kevin.
