NEWS: Sonic Highways Season 2 Confirmed by Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters! | Going International!

In a recent interview, Dave Grohl confirmed that they would be filming a second season Sonic Highways and that this time they might go international (See video below). He hinted at the possibility of the second season taking place in the U.K., stating that it would be “like shooting fish in a barrel” because “there’s so fucking much” there, musical history-wise. The band still isn’t sure if they will be do another album to go along with the new season.

Foo Fighters’ Sonic Highways is a HBO television series that serves as a companion piece to their newest album. The series follows Foo Fighters as they produce their album Sonic Highways. Foo Fighters took a different approach to this album by recording songs in eight different cities with the help of a local music legend from each city. Sonic Highways features collaborations with Cheap Trick‘s Rick Nielson in Chicago, Zac Brown Band in Nashville and Death Cab For Cutie‘s Ben Gibbard in Seattle.

We selfishly hope they’ll come to Florida. Where would you like to see them go?!
