Holy Shit! Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and Cedric Bixler-Zavala, both from At The Drive-In and The Mars Volta, are still making epic music. This will be like losing your virginity, again, or, perhaps for the first time (which you’ll never forget). The new project is called ANTEMASQUE (presumably pronounced “anti-mask”). From the live photo above, looks like they are a three piece, just guitars (and whatever-the-fuck else Rodriguez-Lopez calls what he plays), drums (which are driving-as-fuck), and the iconic vocals of Bixler-Zavala.
