This past week I stumbled upon the fantastic music of Hollis Brown and it couldn’t have happened at a more perfect time. Hollis Brown has two upcoming shows in the Central Florida area, on Tuesday July 28, 2015 they will play a headlining show at Will’s Pub (Win tickets below) and Friday, July 31, 2015 they will be playing a show with Counting Crows & Citizen Cope at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater.
Hollis Brown is touring in support of their newest album which was released earlier this year, 3 Shots. This album is more adventurous than their previous efforts and expands on their Americana rock n’ roll sound. 3 Shots features collaborations with Bo Diddley on “Rain Dance” and the amazing Nikki Lane on “Highway 1”. Hollis Brown recently released a video for the song “Sweet Tooth” from 3 Shots and you can check it out below.
