The Wailers Bob Marley Tickets Tampa 2022

The Wailers were founded in 1989 (a few years after the death of Marley) by Aston “Familyman” Barrett Jr., the bassist for Bob Marley and the Wailers. Touring as both The Wailers and The Legendary Wailers, Barrett Jr. and original guitarist Junior Marvin kept Marley’s sound alive. 1973’s Burnin’ remains their most popular musical endeavors with hits like “I Shot the Sheriff” and “Small Axe.” In 2014, The Wailers embarked on a worldwide “Legend Tour”, marking the 30th anniversary of the release of the best-selling reggae album of all time: Legend. Recently they continued to bring us together with their 2020 album, One World. In addition, their new ‘22 single, “Stand!,” will have you steppin’!

The RITZ in Ybor City was constructed in 1917 and has recently undergone $2 Million in renovations to emerge as Tampa’s premier special events venue. The RITZ Ybor hosts music fans in three separate rooms as well as a grand foyer with full service bars. They have a state of the art lighting system and food for every occasion! Conveniently located in the heart of historic Ybor City, The RITZ Ybor is a short trolley ride away from the Channelside district, a mere 2-3 miles from downtown Tampa and the University of Tampa, and a 15 minute car ride from Tampa International Airport.
