The Red Paintings have developed a reputation of relentlessly staging scorching live shows for the last fifteen years. Lead singer/songwriter/guitarist Trash McSweeney’s voice is consistently recognizable; but their boundary-pushing blend of industrial rock, punk, and metal with violin and cello accompaniment is ever-fresh and dynamic.
The Red Paintings are bound to keep the audience at Orlando’s Backbooth on its toes. With live painting, costumes, and human canvases all in play, this show is destined to be a multi-sensory titillation. They are only playing two dates in Florida, and Shows I Go To wants you to win tickets to the Orlando set w/ The Fringes & Moondragon.
