The Groove Orient (TGO) is a high-powered, no-holds-barred, rock ‘n’ roll act based out of Orlando, FL. This five member group boasts a musical versatility and originality that many followers describe as ‘Florida rock.’ TGO has drawn attention from both local and national listeners, as they earned the title of Orlando Weekly’s best experimental band of 2014, as well as a feature in Relix Magazine’s 40th Anniversary issue. TGO recently followed up their breakout EP Welcome to the Show, with the much anticipated release of their second EP Generation Y, at the House of Blues Orlando. Along with the House of Blues, TGO has also performed at the Florida Music Festival, Earthday Birthday, the Florida Citrus Bowl and the Suwannee Music Park, with numerous local and national festivals to come.

“Among the many gifts given with both hands to formerly local, currently New York-prowling singer-songwriter Kaleigh Baker – aside from that Swiss Army knife of a voice – is her innate grasp of momentum. On her new EP, The Weight of It All, Baker and producer Justin Beckler play the puppet masters, building suspense without ever seeming coy about it. Baker is capable of communicating volumes with a simple vocal lilt, and on the moments in which her register nose-dives headfirst into the emotional muck (“Sugardaddy”) or propels like a jet into the stratosphere (“Love Letter to a Burning Man”), she never fails to rouse the senses. The Weight of It All is the roar of a soulful lioness and will go a long way toward proving to the world what Orlando’s known for a long time: Kaleigh Baker is a legend in the making.” – Justin Strout, Orlando Weekly

Leisure Chief is an original music collective, dedicated to crafting vibrations for the soul, the mind, and the booty. Influenced by the culture and foundations of funk, soul, jazz, r&b, hip hop, and latin… they groove for the enjoyment of all music lovers. With the recent release of their album “King of Nothing,” and the ongoing evolution of the band, the Leisure Chief boys have their sights on new horizons and look forward to announcing some upcoming tours and dates! Having built a strong foundation over the past few years, always writing new music, performing events and festivals, they continue to reinvent and rearrange their evolving sound and always strive to reach the next plateau. Recent performances include a packed house at Will’s Pub in Orlando for their Album Release Party for “King of Nothing”, Orange Blossom Jamboree Music & Arts Festival, Orlando Fringe Festival, and Suwannee Hulaween.
