Legendary British rock band, The Darkness, are on an epic quest to love their fans at The Ritz in Ybor City just outside of Tampa, FL on April 12th, 2022 (TICKETS HERE). Put on all your wild make-up and loudest outfits because The Darkness are ready to explode bright with big hair, bigger lights, and the biggest guitar solos!

This glam-rock foursome will almost-certainly play their 2003 hit “I Believe In A Thing Called Love” off of their debut album, Permission to Land. In addition, they will have you headbanging your big hair for hours to their new album, Motorheart, which came out in November of ‘21. Heavy drums, searing guitars, and more glam rock vibes await their eager listeners. It’s their eighth studio album and they challenged themselves in order to give the fans their whole heart. Their sound is uniquely eccentric and Darknessy, making the band and their fans happy since their formation in 2000.

The Ritz in Ybor City was constructed in 1917 and has recently undergone $2 Million in renovations to emerge as Tampa’s premier special events venue. The Ritz Ybor hosts music fans in three separate rooms as well as a grand foyer with full service bars. They have a state of the art lighting system and food for every occasion! Conveniently located in the heart of historic Ybor City, The RITZ Ybor is a short trolley ride away from the Channelside district, a mere 2-3 miles from downtown Tampa and the University of Tampa, and a 15 minute car ride from Tampa International Airport.
