Here’s a rundown of some of the biggest hip hop news of the week, including Beyonce’s new additions and new music from Wale and the Underachievers.

**BET SERIES STREET DREAMS ABOUT NAS IS IN THE WORKS**

It’s reported that the new hour-long BET series should be coming soon. Details are still forthcoming, but speculation says the series will detail Nas’ growth from a young Queens, NY emcee into one of hip hop’s most prominent voices. No need to say how excited we are for this new show…it’s obvious!

BEYONCE BREAKS SOCIAL MEDIA WITH NEWS OF TWINS ON THE WAY

So, Bey was supposed to appear at this years’ Coachella Festival. But that appears to be in jeopardy as she revealed via Instagram that she is pregnant with twins, garnering over 1 million likes in 30 minutes, and thus far has gotten 8 million likes. We’re certainly happy for Bey and the entire Knowles/Carter clan, but can’t help but think how those Coachella ticket holders are feeling right about now.

**BIG SEAN I DECIDED POP UP SHOPS COMING TO MAJOR NORTH AMERICAN CITIES**

With his new album dropping today, Sean announced major pop up shops in Detroit, New York, L.A. and Toronto. Beginning today, fans will get to purchase limited edition Big Sean merch like hats, hoodies and t-shirts ranging in price from $30 to $200. A TRIBE CALLED QUEST AND ANDERSON.PAAK WILL PERFORM TOGETHER AT THE GRAMMYS

The Grammys air on Feb. 12. And just a few days ago, it was announced the multiple nominee Anderson .Paak will perform with A Tribe Called Quest. .Paak collaborated on Tribe in their final album, We Got It From Here…Thank You 4 Your Service. Should be a spirited performance from one of hip-hop’s greatest new voices along with one of the most legendary groups of all time.

Known for their back in the day boom bap beats coupled with otherworldly, introspective rhymes, the Underachievers deliver a new track that’s sure to get heads talking about the need for a new album. Check out the new track below.

DAVE CHAPPELLE SURPRISES A CROWD AT CHANCE THE RAPPER’S OPEN MIC EVENT
