SCHEDULE
Backup Planet is a progressive funk/rock band hailing from Nashville, TN. This high energy foursome leaves little to be desired with rock, jazz, pop and even metal music all possibilities for the show.
Naughty Professor, a jazz/funk six-piece from New Orleans, is a must-see. The Great Outdoors Jam is one of 28 stops this fall on their nationwide tour, including Jam Cruise.
They will be joined by a Joe Marcinek Superjam featuring members of the Heavy Pets and beloved regional favorites: Come Back Alice and The Applebutter Express at Maddox Ranch. Check out Come Back Alice performing the Allman Brothers Band Eat A Peach album last year, captured by The Sober Goat!
In addition to these stellar headliners, this late summer festival boasts the death-funk dance group Lespecial, progressive rock/funk band Groove Fetish, and some super talented funk rockers: Holey Miss Moley.
This lineup is solid head to toe. You’ll be able to get your sax on with Juanjamon Band, rock out with The Groove Orient, get jazzy and loose with Joose, as well as funky fresh reggae with Savi Fernandez Band.
Let’s not forget about the beautiful Maddox Ranch. This place is perfect for festivals. Plenty of space to spread out and lots of trees to camp under. Expect the best of the local vendor scene. Late night music is always awesome around the big bonfire or at a smaller private camp. The experience gets better and better the further you go.
Check out last year’s headlining set by Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
