Tuffy’s Bottle Shop in Sanford, FL has expanded (again—see Suffering Bastard) to a full fledged concert venue called “The Music Box,” a 350 capacity room—big, open, warehouse vibes.
They first broke down the doors with “Chuck Magid’s Xmas Rager” on December 11, 2020 (one real good thing from 2020). Last week, Shine and the Shakers donned the stage. Now, Chuck Magid has announced a weekly residency at The Music Box with Daniel Heitz. Music starts at 8pm. Two sets. Ends around 11pm. NO COVER (that means, free, gratis, pls buy some beer or house-made cider).
The Music Box venue features a beautiful wood panel stage wall, eccentric custom corduroy curtains, old fashioned vaulted ceiling, and Edison bulbs dancing to the music.
“I’m excited about this being a new music home for me and Daniel. This is the only place we’ll be playing together in town! Stay tuned for an announcement soon—Steeln’ Peaches (a monthly Allman Bros tribute)” —Chuck Magid
Chuck and Daniel will be joined every Thursday night by Glenn Kastrinos on Bass, and Curtis Lyons Jr. on Drums. The band will be exploring a range of big sounds and wild genres making this weekly event a must see and must listen EXPERIENCE. Get a little taste below with “1969” … ayyeeee 😉
