Norma Monserrat Bustamante Laferte (born May 2, 1983 in Viña del Mar), better known by her stage name, Mon Laferte, is a Chilean up-and-coming singer-songwriter. She has a strong, unique style with beautiful vocals that have enticed fans throughout Latin America. Regarding her shows her in the States, she says says the audience can expect a theatrical style concert as she is an actress trapped in the body of a singer, with strong passions for drama and performance. Be prepared for an extreme experience with a very good band and influences of rock, blues, pop, and electronic, as well as some very old school with jazz and cabaret influences.
