A fast food-themed Black Sabbath cover band sounds like something you’d only see on All Hallows Eve. But for metal and McDonald’s aficionados, Mac Sabbath, every day is Halloween. Led by the bastard child of Ronald McDonald and Ozzy Osbourne, appropriately named “Ronald Osborne,” these fast food rejects are scouring the United States with their unique brand of anti-corporate drive-thru metal.

Orlando just happens to be receiving them on the night that their madness is most appropriate. Oh, and a group of American flag swingin’ ruffians known as American Party Machine just happens to be joining them. Win tickets below. Enjoy.

Believe it or not, October 31 at The Abbey won’t be my first experience getting greasy with Mac Sabbath. Earlier this year, these boys drove through The Social and delivered a spectacle of absurdity. Everything you could ever expect to see out of a fast food metal band was present. A grill billowed smoke into the audience. Disembodied Ronald McDonald heads shot lasers out of their eyes. An eight foot tall, cracked-out Grimace slapped the bass like it was The Burger King. Metal fans old and young were going crazy. Ridiculousness has never inspired a crowd to thrash about the way it did that night. It even inspired the audience to go mad; I saw a twenty-something metal man slam his middle finger into Ronald Osborne’s face literally the entire night. The clown himself seemed baffled.

If spending your Halloween getting drunk off McDonalds-core doesn’t sound like your kind of fun, I’m sorry, I can’t help you. Because the musical satire doesn’t stop with Mac Sabbath … American Party Machine are Orlando’s premier patriotic party rockers — who’ve just added our SIGT brother Mitch to their band of weirdos on drums. The thing I love most about APM, they carry the swag of WWE Legend Ric Flair in their performance and music. WOOOOOOOOO!
