PSA β€” Keith Buckley (Every Time I Die) is in a ’90s cover band with James Dewees (The Get Up Kids) and they are f*cking called Soul Patch! | Playing Soundbar. Dec 19

by • August 1, 2019

I swear my friend Evan Chabot and I just manifested this dream come true. Keith Buckley, one of our favorite (his fav of all time) lead singers, is in a ’90s cover band with one of my favorite people James Dewees, of The Get Up Kids (who I have tattooed on me), and it’s f*cking called SOUL PATCH. Hahaha! What a perfect name. Shit. Is this fo’real?

Soul Patch Members Include:

Keith Buckley (vocals)

Steve Micciche (bass)

Joey Dynamite (guitar)

Jeff Schaller (drums)

Jessika Schreiber (backing vocals)

James Dewees (keyboards)

So far, I’ve unearthed Soul Patch covers of Nirvana, Beastie Boys, Goo Goo Dolls, The Cardigans, Sonic Youth … The best are below.

Apparently they’ve been a band for a long time. I still think we manifested this.

This is so wonderful hahaha!

But I think this is may favorite. Especially the way it is filmed … 100%

Ok, let’s go …

Here’s the Facebook Event.

Tickets will be on sale at ForYourFriends.net
