Hard Rock Live Orlando is launching their brand new, intimate Living Room Concert Series with a performance by New York based singer/songwriter Freedy Johnston on Thursday, June 9, 2016. The best part — The Living Room Concert Series will take place at the beautiful John Lennon Room inside Hard Rock Live Orlando. The Lennon Room is a replica of the living room of John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s Manhattan apartment, complete with original furniture and memorabilia.
The Living Room Concert Series will provide a one of a kind concert atmosphere that can only be found at Hard Rock Live Orlando.

The first installment of The Living Room Concert Series will kick off with the incredible singer/songwriter Freedy Johnston. Johnston was born in a small city in Kansas but soon moved to New York City where after only a few years, he was able to sign a record deal with independent label Bar None Records. In 1994, he released his major label debut, This Perfect World on Elektra Records. This album was produced by none other than Butch Vig of Garbage fame. This album spawned the single “Bad Reputation” which is one of Johnston’s biggest hits to date (see video below). Since the early 90’s Freedy Johnston has released over ten studios albums and provided songs to the soundtracks of movies like Kingpin, Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead and Kicking and Screaming.
