An 80s-themed dance party | CHVRCHES Live Review & Concert Photos | House of Blues, Orlando, Fl | October 30, 2015

After attending the recent CHVRCHES show, I came to find out that this band is actually much more known than I thought. They are playing to a very packed House of Blues Orlando. CHVRCHES, fronted by the very energetic Lauren Mayberry, brought the house down.From their blend of electronic pop music, to their fantastic lights, I was thoroughly having a good time the entire time they played. Some songs I remembered hearing on their first CD, The Bones of What You Believe, that I got for FREE on Google Play when it first came out!!

I am upstairs in the balcony watching the show. I can tell by the crowd in the pit that this band has great following and know how to put on for their fans! Mayberry really takes control of the stage and makes it her own. She shares the stage with two other members who balance out the stage and create an even more perfect show!

I remember being bummed when I missed them last year (almost exactly a year ago from this date), but was so glad to finally got to catch them live. They’re sure to get a boost in popularity from their recently released CD, Every Open Eye, and I can’t wait till Mayberry and CHVRCHES come back to Orlando and take us on an 80s themed dance party!
