Y’all… The world is on fire. This country is divided over so many issues. Pretty sure democracy is on the verge of collapse. However, coming out of this wreckage of a country, we’re getting some of the best comedic acts this world has ever seen. Now, one of the true geniuses of this new generation is taking his show on the road and I gotta say, I’m really stoked that the world is ending. Channel 5 is a sensational YouTube phenomenon created, produced and hosted by its founder, Seattle’s Andrew Callaghan.

Rising from the ashes of COVID-19 and the loss his other major YouTube series, All Gas No Brakes, Channel 5 is a major mashup of the real and surreal, the true gonzo, in which they hit alternative events, such as a QAnon Conference and a Satanic Temple Gathering, and would film parts of the event and interview attendees, as well as conducting high profile interviews, including Alex Jones of InfoWars, Chet Hanks, Tom Hanks controversial son, and The QAnon Shaman (from jail). They even were in Kyiv recently to meet with some of the people and refugees of the war-struck country. The comedy is in the interviews, as interviewees are allowed to just talk, but at the same time, you have to understand the gravity behind the words that they are saying and the fact that they believe these things, and it brings you a bit back to Earth. I also really want to highlight the promotion of alternative hip hop artists, including this trip to the “Summer Smash” Festival in Chicago this year.

I honestly have no idea what is going to happen at this show, but if the rest of his creative work is any indication, this is absolutely going to be something you will FOMO over for a long fucking time.
