Last time I saw the incredible soul performer was on a Sunday afternoon in a blazing hot field at Okeechobee last year. He was wearing overalls and his long blond curls were probably ripe with sweat, (mine were FOR SURE.) But hey, I was dancing my ass off.
Stone puts one of the best live shows around. Not only does his powerful voice carry through any space, it’s just pure fun. Music in its best form; moving. As in you’ll be moved to tears and moved to dance. It’s a rollercoaster.
Allen Stone is also a comedian? At least his one episode of “Invasion of Privacy” shows a funnier side to the singer. It’s worth a watch, or five.
