Halloween, regardless of your age, brings fun for all. As kids, we go to all the rich neighborhoods with our costumes knocking on doors and hoping to wow them and receive king sized candy bars. As adults, we hit the internet googling where to throw down in our town for the big night. Some look for costume contests, others look for the best specials, and we music lovers are on the hunt for a concert to amaze us. Music lovers, I found one for you.

XL 106.7, Orlando’s number one hit music station, snagged EDM sensation Afrojack for a Halloween bash dubbed “Afrojack: Get Jacked Halloween Party” on October 27. His first single in 2007 “Take Over Control” had ravers’ ears tuning into the new kid on the EDM block. After several collaborations through the years, Afrojack had his debut album Forget The World released in 2014 with the well-known hit, “Ten Feet Tall.” While all of this was going on, he was headlining several top-tier festivals including Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, and Coachella. Recently, Afrojack worked with David Guetta to create “Hey Momma” featuring Niki Minaj and Bebe Rexa and has put out two other singles, “SummerThing!” and the newly released, “Gone.”

With “SummerThing!” being so popular, we came up with the idea of the “NotASummerThing! Contest.” The song tells a story about falling for somebody during a hot season, a summer love essentially. We got the chance to snag a PAIR OF TICKETS for the couple who has the best “NotASummerThing!” story.
