The Groove Orient Announces Summer Tour 2016

One of Orlando’s finest, friendliest, and jazziest funk rock bands, The Groove Orient, recently announced their big summer tour. The tour starts with a solid run of Florida shows with Kaleigh Baker, including a festival stop next weekend at the beautiful Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida for Purple Hatters Ball. Check out their last Orlando show before hitting the road on July 5th at Tanqueray’s. The road trip ventures through the Southeast, and they will also be along side The Heavy Pets and The Hip Abduction on the way to Colorado where they will play more than a week’s worth of shows.

They recently played Orange Blossom Jamboree, WPRK’s Fox Fest,  Little Econ Love Fest, Fool’s Paradise, and Suwannee Hulaween. They’ve played shows with Turkuaz, Earphunk, George Porter Jr & The Runnin Pardners, Yo Moma’s Big Fat Booty Band, The Main Squeeze, The Bright Light Social Hour, and Marco Benvento, just to name a few.
