The time has come for one of my favorite festivals around, Wanee!

Wanee Festival is taking place once again in the magical woods of the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. These hallowed grounds have been home to so many good times its hard to keep track sometimes. Something you should definitely keep track of is this stellar lineup, led by Widespread Panic and Phil Lesh & Terrapin Family Band. Sure to be a heavy hitter with just those two, this festival is also stacked with the likes of Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe (Allman Brother’s Band tribute set), North Mississippi Allstars, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, The Main Squeeze, and the red-hot Marcus King Band.

I for one can’t wait to be sittin’ cozy in a hammock at the Amphitheater stage with a drink in hand to watch this super Spring Fling blossom. 20,000 Wonderful Weirdos will arrive to Wanee Festival to enjoy some of the best weather Florida has to offer and some of the best music found anywhere.
