“Candles” by WAXED is a soft-serve swirl of Purity Ring and making-out with your favorite fuck. I can’t listen to this song and not want to dim the lights, (maybe light some “Candles”) and lose myself in another’s soul for hours, days, years … is this even life?! 

In a room, just me and you. I never wanna be with anyone but you.

Together is a brilliantly constructed gem, passionately spreading across genres with ease. “Are you ready?” it begins before a kick to the teeth. Your body uncontrollably moves to “With You,” and your face reveals a big toothless smile. This album will never bore you. Each track takes you to a different level of your impossible heart. Just wait until you get to “Torture” on the album. It’s my new favorite feeling. (Oh, and that hidden track tugs at childhood heartstrings.) 😉

Together will be released on Bandcamp on Valentine’s Day – February 14, 2017. The album will be released on cassette through “Godless America Records,” date TBD.
