DID FRANK OCEAN SNUB HIS FANS OF HIS NEW ALBUM?

It was supposed to have dropped on Friday night (or morning) at midnight. But Friday passed, and there was no sign of Frank Ocean’s sophomore album, Boys Don’t Cry, anywhere on the Net. So was Mr. Channel Orange ever even planning to release the album? Could we get it in a surprise Tweet or other social media posting? Right now, Ocean fans are busy just trying to cope. Stay strong, guys.

FETTY WAP WILL APPEAR ON LOVE & HIP HOP: HOLLYWOOD

Love & Hip Hop is usually a stop that Hip Hop artists make when their career is on the decline. But as big as Fetty Wap is, the trailer for the new season for the Hollywood features him. Does this mean he’ll be a series regular? Anyone’s guess is a good guess. Check it out below.

THE LATEST ON THE DRAKE/EMINEM BEEF

Rumors have been circulating all week about Em supposedly injecting himself into the Drake/Joe Budden spat, but nothing seems to have come of it. Only Drake calling out Funkmaster Flex and Hot 97 at Madison Square Garden. Man…can we bring back the “Takeover”, “Ether”, “Hit Em Up” days of Hip Hop beef, please?

LAURYN HILL ANNOUNCES NEW TOUR DATES

Ms. Hill’s new tour is called “MLH Caravan: A Diaspora Calling!” and will have shows that feature a different artist from throughout the African Diaspora. Sadly, we know that Lauryn has a reputation for reneging on tour dates. Hopefully, this experience will be different.

JON CONNOR SET TO RELEASE HIS DEBUT ALBUM FOR AFTERMATH?

It’s been three years since Connor signed to Dre’s Aftermath label. But in a report on AllHipHop.com, it seems that we might finally get the Flint native dropping his debut album, Vehicle City, from a picture he posted of him in the studio with Dr. Dre in late July. The anticipation grows.
