FM 101.9 in Orlando just dropped their answer to Tampa’s Next Big Thing and Jacksonville’s Big Ticket concerts coming up this fall.

The lore of a “Florida Man” gained momentum over the past couple of years, seeing reference on the Emmy award winning show, Atlanta, and inspiring a full concept album for local indie heroes Pathos, Pathos on their latest release, Lucky Charm.
The famed headline now belongs to Orlando’s latest endeavor to deliver a new music experience. FM 101.9 has gathered artists sitting on all sides of the spectrum of genres. The lineup echos similarities to Orlando’s Alternative Radio Station X107.3’s (RIP) “Big Orlando” 2014 Lineup.
Weezer is back on top, followed closely by the enigmatic high energy of bands such as Young The Giant, Cold War Kids, Bishop Briggs, Alice Merton, Lovelytheband, The Driver Era, and Robert Delong. Electronic acts Sir Sly, Twofeet, and Bob Moses will bring a dance crowd, while Iration will draw fans of reggae.
The real lure on this lineup is the London-based indie pop group, Superorganism. They sneak their way onto the bill for Florida Man Festival at the very bottom, but deserve all your attention, nonetheless.

Advance tickets $45 plus tax and service fees.
