Ronald Grant, Staff Writer
I’m an experienced and traveled music journalist who got my start with BrooklynBodega.com back in 2010. Since then, I’ve written about and covered any and everything Hip Hop related for a myriad of different music websites including HipHopDX.com, Sosoactive.com, RapRehab.com, The Needle Drop, and others.
I’ve traveled to music festivals such as the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival, SXSW, Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival, and the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans to cover a wide range of musical artists, genres, and performances. I’ve also worked throughout the Orlando music scene with growing companies such as Conscious Mind Records and Grind Time Now, the Internet’s largest battle rap league.
My latest writing projects include a series of short stories and a book series.
I cover Hip Hop news and culture for Shows I Go To. If you wish to contact me, email ron@showsigoto.com.
